Emma Purshouse (left) is a freelance writer and performance poet. She has had poetry published in various poetry anthologies and magazines. She regularly performs at spoken word nights and literature festivals across the country. In 2011, Emma was the winner of the Much Wenlock Poetry Festival Slam and has since appeared at the festival as support for John Hegley and Holly McNish.
This year at the Wenlock Poetry Festival, Emma is appearing with The Nailmakers’ Daughters as well as launching her new poetry book for children, I Once Knew A Poem Who Wore A Hat in our children’s marquee.< Go Back
